No. A lot of projects start with "I know there's a problem but I'm not sure how to solve it yet." That's fine. The scoping process is part of what we do — we'll help you figure out what the right system actually is before we build anything.
Engagements have starting prices but final pricing depends on scope. After reviewing your project brief, we'll confirm pricing before anything is signed. No surprises. A 50% deposit is required to begin, with the balance due on delivery.
Everything. Once the project is paid in full, you own the build completely — code, assets, domain, hosting setup. No ongoing fees to us, no lock-in, no hostage situations. The work is yours.
AI is used throughout research, code generation, debugging, and content drafting — it's part of how we build faster and catch problems earlier. But strategy, design decisions, system architecture, and quality control are human. You get the speed of AI and the judgment of a real builder.
Every engagement includes 14 days of post-launch support for bug fixes and adjustments. After that, most clients handle their own updates, or we discuss an ongoing support arrangement based on what makes sense for their system.
