• Project Intake Form: When you submit our intake form, we collect your name, email address, business name, current website URL (if applicable), selected service package, and project description. This information is transmitted to and processed by Formspree on our behalf.
• Newsletter Subscription: When you subscribe to the ZELYQOR LABS newsletter via Kit (formerly ConvertKit), we collect your name and email address.
• Payment Processing: When you purchase a service or digital product, payment is processed entirely by Stripe. We receive a transaction confirmation and basic billing summary. We do not receive, process, store, or have access to your full credit card number, CVV, or complete billing address.
• Client Project Communications: During an active project engagement, we may collect and retain business information, brand assets, written content, images, login credentials to third-party platforms, and any other information you share with us in connection with your project.
• Contract Execution: When you execute a project contract via Docuseal, your name, email address, electronic signature, and IP address are collected and stored by Docuseal on our behalf.
• Direct Email Communications: When you contact us directly via email, we collect and retain the content of that correspondence and any personal information contained therein.

Information Collected Automatically:

• Server Logs: Our hosting provider, Vercel, automatically collects standard server log data including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is collected and stored by Vercel in accordance with their own privacy policy.
• No Tracking Cookies: ZELYQOR LABS does not deploy tracking cookies, advertising pixels, retargeting pixels, or third-party behavioral analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel) on this website. We do not track your browsing behavior across other websites.

ZELYQOR LABS sends two categories of email communications:

Transactional emails — including project updates, payment confirmations, contract delivery, and direct responses to your inquiries. These are sent as a necessary part of our service and are not subject to marketing opt-out. By engaging our services, you consent to receive transactional communications.

Marketing emails — including the ZELYQOR LABS newsletter containing tutorials, build breakdowns, and resource announcements. These are sent only to individuals who have explicitly subscribed. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by emailing hello@zelyqor.com. Unsubscribe requests will be processed within 5 business days. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect your receipt of transactional communications related to active projects.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. The following retention periods apply:

• Project files and communications: Retained for the duration of the project plus 3 years following final delivery, to address any post-completion warranty claims or disputes
• Payment and financial records: Retained for 7 years from the date of transaction, in accordance with U.S. tax and financial record-keeping requirements
• Executed contracts: Retained for 7 years from the date of execution
• Project intake form submissions: Retained for 12 months from submission date
• Newsletter subscriber data: Retained until you unsubscribe, after which your data is deleted from our email platform within 30 days
• Server log data: Retained by Vercel in accordance with their data retention policies

Upon expiration of the applicable retention period, personal information will be permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
